Creating a Dynamic Form with Multiple Outcome Paths Based on User Responses

Hello Gravity Forms Community,

I am embarking on a project that necessitates the development of a form leading to one of three specific outcomes (roles A, B, or C) depending on the respondent’s reactions to 27 statements. Respondents have the option to select “Agree”, “Neutral”, or “Disagree” for each statement.

The scoring is straightforward: 0 points for “Disagree”, 1 point for “Neutral”, and 2 points for “Agree”.

This form is structured to assess compatibility with 3 distinct areas of responsibility (A, B, and C), each with 3 processes:

  • Area of Responsibility A:
    • Process 1
    • Process 2
    • Process 3
  • Area of Responsibility B:
    • Process 4
    • Process 5
    • Process 6
  • Area of Responsibility C:
    • Process 7
    • Process 8
    • Process 9

The objective is to tally the scores for each area based on the user’s selections. The area with the highest score indicates the role (A, B, or C) that the respondent is most likely suited for.

I am looking for advice on how to best configure this scoring mechanism within Gravity Forms to automatically direct users to the outcome that aligns with their highest-scoring area of responsibility. Insights or suggestions from the community on how to achieve this efficiently would be highly appreciated.

Thank you for your guidance and support!
