Create loop based on a completed number field [RESOLVED]

I have a client that needs to collect some address information for an uncertain number of times. I would like to have the first field be a number of times needed to enter the addresses, then have the name and address field be available the number of times entered.

So if the first field is “3”, the field loops 3 times to collect data.

Is there an easy way to do this in Gravity?

If you’re comfortable coding the documentation has some information on how to implement something like this using the repeater API (https://docs.gravityforms.com/repeater-fields/).

The only problem with the solution is that they wouldn’t insert “3” in a previous field but instead just click “add extra address” (I’m not sure how important your number field was).

There also seems to be various plugin that attempts to do this including this one but I haven’t used any of them. This is one of them: Gravity Forms Repeater Plugin - getButterfly

I will give this a shot. Thanks!

I was able to make this work by using the Gravity Forms Repeater Plugin at the link below.

THIS NEEDS TO BE IN GRAVITY FORMS! It was relatively easy to use, and works great!
