Could a form instance be created by one user but completed by another?

Using the example of a school and a prospective student. The school is the original author and would start an enrolment form, the prospective student is a wp user.

Using the API could the School start to fill out the form and then have the student finish off the specific form instance/ ID?

I’m sure you all remember the copious amounts of double handling and questions on these forms, we’re aiming to deliver the simplest user experience by doing most of the work and getting the student check and sign off on it.

I’m not sure about using the API for that, but you could definitely use Gravity Flow for that:

Could you utilize the Save and Continue feature and then just send the student a unique link to continue/complete the form?
