I am looking to have a form I created to allow for two different users to initial and sign a form. I would like for the first user to fill out the form then have the second user to only initial certain boxes. Here is our form. We are still working on it but when you get to the area of initializing each questions we want that person to initial their own and then send it to the future spouse to initial their own.
