I have two sales rep one sales rep will need all the quotes outside of America and one need Aanada and a few state of the united states. I need help with the notification portion. How do we set up a notification to a certain sale rep when a certain state or country was selected.
I recommend offering a radio button choice in the form, where the visitor can select the correct region:
○ Canada and US (Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio)
○ Non-US
Then, you can show the appropriate address field, configured to accept the data you need. You can base the notification routing on that radio button selection at that point.
