The universal form I am designing needs the option for the ‘submitter’ to send to different account agents (example: John wants to send to Agent-A when he fills it out, Joe wants to send it to Agent-B). Is it possible to set up a dropdown menu where the Submitter can select his specific recipient email?
If I understand correctly you need conditional routing for the Notification.
Create a dropdown with your options and the chosen values within the necessary form.
After creating the dropdown go to your form → Settings → Notifications → Notification Edit → Click the configure routing radio button on the top , then add your deliver to emails and conditions there.
