Hi.
There are many problems.

  1. I made a conditon and when the forms show up and we select the right picture (student picture), the condition is showing up and then it vanished.

As you can see in daneshjoosho.com/sign-up
When you choose the right picture you can see a condition show up (page scrolled) and then vanished till the conditons options come true (condition will be display if you choose fifth to eight option of dropdown menu at the bottom of page)
