I have several forms with lot’s of conditions to show/hide fields. Since the last update although the existing conditions work, the menu to change them or the menu to add now conditions on fields disappeared!

I’ve seen this happen with plugin conflicts. Try disabling other GF add-ons and see if it helps.
If so then reach out to the owners of those plugins - they need to fix it.
