Heya! Have you guys heard of the Gravity PDF Bulk Generator extension? If you haven’t yet, it’s designed to save you a ton of time when dealing with lots of Gravity Forms PDF entries. Instead of manually downloading hundreds (or thousands) of PDFs one by one, you can use the Bulk Generator to bulk generate them all in one go.
Anyway, we released version 2.0 of the Bulk Generator in Q3 of last year, and added some more cool features. One of which I was really excited about is the new “Merge PDFs” feature. Now, instead of just bulk downloading those individual PDFs, you can now combine all those Gravity Forms entries into a single PDF. Handy, right? Really perfect for sharing, printing, or archiving things like invoices, applications, reports, you name it.
If you’re interested in learning more about it, I put together a guide on how to use this merge feature: How To: Combine Multiple Gravity Forms Entries into a PDF
Check it out! And I hope it helps some of you out!
