Our small car club would like to have an online signup form where entry info made on the form can be seen by other club members who subsequently access the form. The idea is to have an online form containing multiple rows, with each row representing the particulars for a month’s club event. See a screenshot of an example form.
A member can volunteer to st up and lead an event for a specific month by filling in fields on the row with their name and relevant event particulars. As soon as they submit, the info they added to the form would be visible to other members of the club. This would allow other members know that a specific event has someone working on it and is no longer in need of a volunteer to handle the event, but where members can also view the remaining blank rows where they can sign up and volunteer. In short, think of a hard copy signup sheet on a clipboard where people can sign up by adding their name (and other info) to a row, leaving other rows blank for other people to sign up.
We currently have a Gravity Forms non-profit license, no Gravity Flow, Gravity Wiz or other plugins. The website is based on Elementor Pro. We do not have any programmers, so a solution would need to be reasonably simple to implement and use.
My understanding is that GF does not have this sort of capability. I have no working experience with the wide range of GF plug-ins that are out there and need some practical wisdom on how to implement an online collaboration like this. If not Gravity Forms, then what would suffice (at a low cost)?
Worst case, I can always post a pdf file listing the current signups. Then as GF sign up forms are submitted, I can manually update and upload a revised pdf showing the current status of who has signup up for what event. Clumsy, and not real time…
Appreciate any suggestions / ideas. Thanks!
