We’re managing a website for a client and they said that they are receiving multiple form submission confirmations. For example, they received 6 emails from the same submission sent from the Gravity forms. How can we fix this so that they only get a single notification from Gravity forms?
Can you send a screenshot of your notifications?
Wonder if any were duplicated or the to email needs a different merge tag.
I would recommend you to double check your client site entries list page to confirm if he’s really receiving multiple emails for one unique entry, or multiple entries with the same content, therefore receiving one unique email per each entry.
