The checkboxes on my form are not displaying or functioning like they should. They have a white rectangular box above each option. It works fine in preview mode, so I’m trying to figure out if it’s a css conflict or something else. Here is the link: Win a YETI Cooler! GAMEIS 2022 - ProLogic ITS
If the form is working using the Preview that confirms that there’s not any issue with the form itself or in Gravity Forms, something else in your site’s front-end is creating the issue.
That said, I tried your form now with Firefox, Chrome and MS Edge and the checkboxes field looks fine and works for me. If you’re still able to replicate the issue, I would recommend you to perform a full conflict test.
