Can't select file in file upload - Chrome / Macbook

I have a ‘File upload’ section in my form. Every time I select ‘File upload’ nothing happens. The file upload window does not appear.

This problem only occurs in Macbook / Chrome. In all other browsers, this works fine.

What can I do?
