I have been trying for a couple hours to submit a support ticket, but I get an endless spinning circle next to the submit button. See attached my question:
I cannot add a feed to my Emma Add-on even when my API keys and Account ID are accurate (and verified by Emma support team).
I can’t replicate any issue with the support form. Checking your screenshot I see that you pasted the logging content into the field that is intended to paste the system report.
Don’t paste the log content there, just the system report as explained here: Checking Your Environment Details - Gravity Forms Documentation
