Support ticket not accepting my ticket

I am trying to create a support tick and I keep getting “There was a problem with your submission. Errors have been highlighted below”, when I use my work email address. I think the hyphen in our domain name is not acceptable by the super support ticket process. Plus, this page is copyrighted 2008, which is highly suspect. Can you tell I am pretty pissted off that I wasted $250.00 on Gravity Forms for life?

Hi Ellen. Can you share a screenshot here of the error you are receiving? Or, can you submit the Contact Us form instead (you can select Other in the dropdown), and explain why you needed to use the Contact Us form instead of the support form?
