We’re currently using Gravity forms forms across our site which are being submitted to Hubspot using the WP Gravity Forms HubSpot plugin from CRM Perks.
This works perfectly for submitting the form data and showing the pages they were submitted from in Hubspot but it does NOT show page views (and thus accurate conversion rates), visible on screen or interacted with metrics.
As a partial work around I’ve found that embedding the form from Hubspot on the page (using their embed snippet) and hiding it will trigger the page views I’m looking for. This is a little janky however and involves extra unnecessary code and still does not show the visible on screen or interacted with metrics.
So I’m wondering if anyone else has found a way of submitting Gravity forms through the Hubspot API while still retaining all of the analytics an embedded Hubspot form would have.
