Avoid Form Notification Threads

My client has been receiving form notifications in the same thread and I am trying to avoid that. If I add the form submitter’s name to the form subject line, so say, make the subject line {Name (First):1.3} {Name (Last):1.6} Is Requesting Assistance - will this ensure that each notification will come through in it’s own thread?

Yes, if the subject line is unique (with the name as you show) the mail client should not thread the messages. You can also add the entry ID merge tag {entry_id} to the subject line, and that will make it unique and unthreaded as well.
