Partial Entries - Notification Duplicates

Hi all,

I have a 2 page form, and I’ve set up partial entries. Ideally I’d like a notification email every time a user clicks to the second page, which is when I thought partial entry would be saved. I set this up, however upon testing I get an email every 3 minutes with the same information, until I close the webpage (this happens both with notify on partial entry save, or notify on partial entry update - though I don’t know the difference between those two options anyway?)

Could anyone shed any light as to why this might be happening?

I recommend opening a support ticket for this issue. I have not heard of the issue and I don’t think we’ll be able to resolve it in the forums. Thank you.
