Auto populate email field from one section of a chained selects

Hi

I have a large list of addresses and corresponding email addresses ( over 300 ), rather than try to create over 300 conditions in the email routing notification is it possible to auto populate a hidden email field from the last part of a chained selects? I’d prefer not to display the email addresses anywhere so would also need to consider hiding that part of the chained selects also
