Hi there,
I haven’t received a response to my support ticket so I’m trying here! I am not able to edit any of the existing forms on my site without getting the message: There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

Hello. The error messages show that this is being caused by the Gravity Forms Salesforce plugin:

That plugin is very old and out of date and likely not compatible with Gravity Forms 2.5+. I recommend disabling that plugin to get your site and forms usable again, then contacting the authors of that plugin for support (if that is possible) or finding an alternate method of sending leads to Salesforce. Thank you.
