Well the Gravity Forms Salesforce Add-On, of course! :slightly_smiling_face:We’re definitely not MIA. Been around for a loooong time.

Gravity Plus does that, unfortunately. They disappear, refuse to reply to support emails and refund requests, and then blast you when you ask what happened. Run away fast.

Yikes! We definitely follow our refund policy, and we’ve been providing support to happy customers for the past 7 years and don’t plan on stopping any time soon.

I looked through all of our correspondence with you, Mr. Siberian Rob, and I don’t see any refund requests or support emails that weren’t replied to. We even offered to get on a call with you when you were unsure of the setup.

If you do think we missed something, a simple follow-up email normally does the trick (we’re all human). You can contact me here.

I’m sorry, but everything you wrote is demonstrably false. I will be happy to forward you all of the support emails and my refund request that have been unanswered. The two plugins of yours that I have tried have not worked at all and generate PHP warnings. You got annoyed with me when I pointed this out and stated that they are only supposed to work on the backend, so why am I complaining, etc. The documentation on your website is practically nonexistent, and there’s not even a way to download a previous purchase.

There is nothing “plus” about GravityPlus. You should call it GravityMinus or Gravity Run Away.

I am going to close this. If anyone would like to discuss the decision with me at Gravity Forms, please email me at chris@rocketgenius.com

It sounds like you sure have a bone to pick! I don’t want to hijack the thread, though. You’re still welcome to use the direct contact information I gave you last year to get on a call with me. If you’ve concluded that our products just aren’t right for you, that’s fine, too.

I don’t see that you’re one of our Gravity Forms Salesforce Add-On customers, though, and I can unequivocally say that anyone interested will see that there isn’t a better or more powerful way to integrate Gravity Forms with Salesforce :boom:
