Salesforce Plugin Beta Issues

I am trying to use the new Salesforce Beta plugin and cannot seem to get it to connect to our Salesforce account. I’ve tried using both manual connection and user login methods without success.

On the other hand, I’ve tried using this standard WordPress plugin as a test:

and that plugin connected and authenticated perfectly.

This account is a sandbox environment, but that shouldn’t make a difference, should it?

Does anyone have any ideas?
