Salesforce add on plugin not working

Hey,

Salesforce add on the plugin is conflicting with WP version and because of that my complete website is going down.

Here is the error snapshot,

Hello Praskash. I recommend contacting support for the Salesforce plugin you are using. It may not be compatible with your version of Gravity Forms or WordPress. Thank you.
