Hi, i received a error trying to log in but failed

our website is ecb.org.my

We hit an error adding your new account

authentication failed: Invalid Base URL.

  1. Make sure you click “Allow” or “Accept” on the permission popup
  2. Double check your Account has the correct permissions
  3. Check out our help docs for more information

Have you installed the Gravity Forms Zapier Add-On via the Forms > Add-Ons page of the site? The add-on will need to active before you can connect Zapier to Gravity Forms.
