While I do agree with @chrishajer to contact Gravity Forms because they were able to get me situated in a matter of a couple hours after me spending a week wracking my brain. My issue i had was my headers wasn’t being read on the site correctly and the best solution was just to flush my permalinks.
You can check to see if it’s your headers by doing this
Check your WordPress Admin Dashboard > Tools > Site Health page and see if there is a security item for the authorization header, it should look like this under passed tests:
After that all i need to do was go to settings > Permalinks and update my permalinks
