I submitted a support form a week ago on the support page with some Pre-Sales questions and after almost 6 days I still do not have a reply. I am looking for a plugin to use on multiple WordPress sites for filling out Contact Forms and I have concerns and questions. I am interested in Gravity Forms but need more info. I really do not want to spend the money on it if this is the kind of support I have to look forward to
The support ticket you submitted on the 17th was replied to within an hour. Your first reply on the 18th was replied to 19 minutes later. Your second and third replies, which were out of hours, were responded to on the 19th. Tracking indicates our replies were all viewed.
I do apologize. PLEASE forgive me. This was supposed to go to another forum for a different plugin. I had you confused with a different plugin. I am sorry that I had you confused with another. Forgive me for the confusion.
