Client is already using Gravity form and already created a multistep form.

The requirement: Creating form something like the this image
Where user can see the progress bar, tooltip for each image radio and a navigation in the sidebar.
Is it possible with Gravity Form?
Yes, this is possible. It will need to be customized for the layout BUT you can use the image choices plugin here - Gravity Forms Image Choices Add-on for your images and the tooltips plugin as well - Gravity Forms Tooltips WordPress Plugin by JetSloth. The last part you’ll need to customize is the layout. Each page will give you the ability to add a step name, which will appear on that left progress list. Good luck.
