I am trying to build the above quiz using the multi step form function and i have done it using the drop down field. In gravity forms, is there a field that displays the “choices” as buttons like the example?
Also in the example, the multi step quiz moves to the next set of questions without having to click “next”, is that possible with gravity forms multi page options?

Hi Oliver. There is no field in Gravity Forms that will look like that. However, there is this approach to styling the buttons similar to that:
