In the linked form, you will see there are 3 steps but under 1st step, we can see they have again another progress bar step which I don’t understand how to do.
in the 2nd step, we can see all the information given in the 1st step will be displayed and then there is a signature option that I also don’t know how to do.
in the 3rd step, you will see there are multiple fields of images that may be we can do using CSS but m not sure.
