V2.09 blank form issue with conditional logic

I am having the exact same issue, have clear cache and no go. Why are all the threads getting closed, when clearly there is an ongoing issue with this. I can’t even edit the forms to remove the conditional logic…

I’m having the exact same issue. Contact STAFFLINK | STAFFLINK . It’s working now because I rolled back the version to 2.8.18.
