That can happen if there is a caching issue or the theme or another plugin is including a conflicting script.
If clearing your browser cache and the caches of any caching/optimization plugins/services the site could be using doesn’t resolve the issue you’ll need to run through a conflict test:
I cleared the caches and tried to find the plugin conflict… but I think the problem could be the Impreza theme we are using?
If the problem goes away when you switch to a theme from Automattic like Twenty Twenty, then yes, the conflict is with your theme. In that case, please contact the support for your theme to report the issue. Thank you.
