Using Same Form on Different Pages + Auto-Selecting Specific Fields based on Page

I’m doing paid ads for a client and using landing pages and Gravity Forms to capture qualified leads.

I’ve been creating a similar form and then Cloning it for different pages.

In order to track it easier and not have to manage so many different forms, I’m wondering if I can use the same gravity form on different pages but auto-select or auto-fill certain fields based on which page its on.

For example:

Field: Which service are you interested in? (Radio)

  • On-Site SEO
  • Content Marketing
  • Web Design
  • Paid Ads
  • Video Marketing

Page: On-site SEO

The above field is auto-populated with the On-site SEO selection.
