Using List Field to email

Hi

I apologise if this has been asked a zillion times, I did try to search but my search criteria didn’t result in what I needed.

I have created a form that has a list field that clients use to provide a referral. The list field has the following columns - first name, last name, email and phone number for each referee.

Is it possible to send a confirmation/notification email to the referee when the form is submitted?
