My client needs to approve every registration request. I am unable to figure out how to require admin approval of a registration request. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

On the User Registration feed, check the box which says “Enable user activation.” next to “User Activation” and then in the resulting drop down, select “manually or by form notification”. It looks like this:
