We’re trying to use the user registration add-on but the form never seems to add a user or place them into a pending verification state, it does create a GF entry though. I’ve done a ton of troubleshooting but we haven’t made any progress at this point. Can someone please provide some assistance?

I’ve tried the troubleshooting steps mentioned and I’m getting either a Response code: 400 or cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 2001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received back in the Gravity Forms System Status. We’re running the site on a Plesk install running on a vultr
Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS box. Not sure if that helps or not.
