Unsubscribe option

It appears that the recent changes have led to my email notifications being flagged as spam. To prevent this, it seems including an unsubscribe option might be necessary. Could you confirm if this is an available feature? Your help in resolving this matter would be appreciated.

That’s just a recommendation, it doesn’t necessarily mean your emails are flagged as spam because they lack that option. There are many other things that you will want to check before that, I recommend you checking the following documentation for some of them: Troubleshooting Notifications - Gravity Forms Documentation

There’s no such feature for Gravity Forms notifications because they are just transactional emails. Which means emails that are sent as result of an user action, like a form submission or payment, therefore there’s no subscription to cancel. The following article from Postmark explains pretty well the difference between transactional emails and marketing emails: What is transactional email and what is it used for? | Postmark

As alternative, you could just add a checkboxes field to your form with a choice like “I want to receive a copy of my submission” or something like that, and configure conditional logic in your notification to send it only when that is checked. This way you will ensure you are emailing only to visitors that really want to receive your email, which will avoid others from flagging your emails as spam.

In addition to that, you can suggest to our product team any improvement or feature you wish in our roadmap page: https://www.gravityforms.com/gravity-forms-roadmap/?c=submit-idea

That way your request will reach the product team directly and they will be able to consider your request and queue it in the workflow of a future version if it’s accepted.
