Hello,
The form disappears when I resize the browser window, or when I scroll the page on a mobile phone

Have you encountered this bug ?

Configuration :

  • DIVI 4.19.4 / WP 6.1.1 / Gravity Forms 2.6.8
  • Form with 6 questions.
  • The 1st one displayed by default, the 5 others conditioned

Hi Julie. I have not seen that before. It’s most likely a conflict with your theme or another plugin on the site. You can use these steps to check for conflicts:
