I’m looking for some guidance. I am trying to find the best way to have form notifications sent via text to my clients. As of right now all of their websites notify them when a form comes in via email. Unfortunately, it seems emails keep getting lost or put in spam and trash. Obviously the clients aren’t very happy about this. I would love to have these notifications go to them via text. The only thing I can find to do this through Gravity Forms is the Twilio add on, but setting up Twilio for this simple task has been quite the undertaking. All the information Twilio wants for this is crazy as we are not using it for marketing and my clients want the notifications since they belong to them, so all the opt in and opt out stuff is not needed. Can anyone tell me if they are doing text notifications, what you are doing and if through Twilio, how you set it up? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
