Looking for advice from anyone that has integrated Twilio or something else for receiving text notifications when forms come in. I have multiple clients who over time we have found that the email notifications from their contact forms on their websites isn’t the most reliable. I feel getting a text also when a new form comes in would really help with reliability. Here’s my issue, I set up a Twilio account and they want me to go through a whole bunch of stuff that I don’t know how to answer since these are clients that want to get these notifications. Trying to find out from others how to set this up and use it so all my clients can start getting notifications via text and email. If there is another system that is better, please let me know. Just looking for those who have walked through this and know what they are doing. Thanks for any help you can offer.
