Submission fails to complete (all required fields are filled), just get a spinner.
Are you including any scripts or DB queries in any of the fields? Wordfence is currently blocking submissions containing those types of values, which does result in the spinner remaining.
Our webops team are working on an update to catch that type of error, so an error message will be displayed.
