Submissions to our nested form do not take user back to parent form

The “Add Entry” is not working, leaves the user with a spinning wheel and ends up submitting the parent form instead.

When I test this as the admin, it is working fine. But all of our users, who are accessing the form through a Gravity View experience the issue the same way. The pop up nested form, does not take them back to add another entry and instead, submits the parent form.
