Square save credit card info for recurring payment

Hi there,

As far as I know, the management of Save Card credentials is handled by the payment gateway for security purposes.

For example, Stripe does this:

Save cards for online payments

I also found that Square does it as well:

I can’t seem to find anything about this which seems a bit perplexing. Both providers have Customers, and cards are saved against the customer. Could either GF addon be modified easily enough to show saved cards? That way logged in users that are linked to a Customer can simply select their card like WooCommerce integrations.
