I have a client with multiple team members who are getting this error when they submit a form on my website. They are all working from home, via VPN. How can I whitelist or correct this so they can submit without errors??
Hello. That message is not coming from Gravity Forms. Do you have Cloudflare or WordFence or some other security measures in place which would prevent form submissions?
Good question. My host is WP Engine, and I reached out to them first but they said it was the plugin. I’ll go in and look and see if there is another security measure in there. Thanks Chris
