Intrusions Attempts Via Gravity Forms

Hi Guys,
I’ve been seeing a lot of intrusion attempts blocked by WOrdfence but trying to post to gravity forms. A typical example would be: -

Can you comment on what this is and whether it relates to an issue that has been fixed in Gravity Forms, or if there is something we need to do to sanitise inputs?
