Some guidance or advice on creating a simple booking form

I need to create a simple booking form for 4 conference rooms where tenants can choose the room, day, start time and end time. Then send notices to scheduler and admin with some kind of link if they need to reschedule or cancel.

Can I do this with GF or do I need to buy the Calendar Add-on? I’m not sure if I need to show available blocks of time or not.

You might check out GP Inventory and GP Limit Dates by Gravity Wiz. I think they could make a good combination for what you need.
