My client wants to schedule appointments that she travels to, and will be in different places on different dates. At first I looked for a calendar plugin but know Gravity can do most anything. Basically, I need to post dates, locations and time blocks (e.g. on May 8 we will be in City X and are booking one-hour appointments all day). No payment would be involved. Any ideas are appreciated!
