I have a ticket purchase form that appears to have been submitted by two different users at exactly the same time. This resulted in the wrong user/entry being stored as a successful purchaser with the credit card data of the other user! The wrong data was then included in the admin notification identifying the wrong ticket purchaser. The correct data was captured in Stripe—which is how I identified GravityForms incorrectly stored the form submission data. How is this possible?
