It would be very helpful on the Forms > Forms screen, which lists all forms, to have optional columns for “Published date” and “Last modified date.”
Use case: we have a site where a large number of users create forms. Because of their varying technical abilities and infrequent use of the site, forms are not named in a standardized way. It quickly becomes difficult to tell how old a form is unless you go into Form Entries and enable the Entry Date column. It would make it much easier to delete old, no-longer-used forms if the published date were right there on the list of all forms.
