i was just wondering if there was a code snippet that would add a column displaying the date of a forms last submission to the list of active forms in the dashboard.
alongside status / title / id etc.
this would quickly help me identify forms that are currently marked as active but actually aren’t being used on a site.
i guess being able to identify which forms are embedded (using a shortcode) on what pages might also be a good way to identify them.
I’m just not wanting to trawl through the site manually to achieve this.

actually, i got GPT to write a dashboard widget as a plugin & it’s works a treat.
