I am getting this message:
Gravity Forms SendGrid Add-On was unable to send the notification. Error: The from address does not match a verified Sender Identity. Mail cannot be sent until this error is resolved. Visit Sender Identity | Twilio to see the Sender Identity requirements;from;
The twist is that messages are being sent successfully despite that message showing up under every single form submission entry in the Notes area. In Sendgrid I have full access set for the API. I have verified the entire domain. I have verified the sender identity for all emails that are in the FROM fields of my forms. Sendgrid shows only successful emails being sent. Gravity support’s first response to me was I needed to use the same FROM email address that is in my notification config that I validated - that I did - and I did tell them in my support request.
Then they said I needed to change the FROM email address in the GF notification settings or validate an additional email address in my Sendgrid account. The problem is that the FROM is already the validated sender email, as I told them.
I even changed the WordPress website’s default to be one of the verified sender emails, but that still did not fix it. I still get errors on every single entry in the NOTES area. The error comes, and immediately after it, it also shows a successful send at the same exact time.
Any ideas?
